This is definitely one of our favorite 'smart home' duos. They work fantastically together, to add voice control to your TV viewing experience. You can setup Activities within the Harmony App, and then ask Alexa to turn them on.

Example:

Alexa, turn on Netflix.

This command will let the Logitech Harmony Hub know to turn on your TV, Reciever (if setup), and Streaming Device (ie: Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, PlayStation, etc.). But, that's not the neat part. It will also change your TV or Reciever to the correct Input and Open the Netflix App on your streaming device. So you are ready to go. No messing around finding the correct input for your Fire TV Stick, it just works. From here you can say things like:

Alexa, pause.

Alexa, turn up the volume.

And when you're done watching Netflix and want to watch Football on Live TV, Just ask:

Alexa, turn on the TV

And Harmony knows to switch all the inputs again and let you start watching Live TV from your cable box or antenna.

You can also set up 7-Day schedules to help control the temperature when you're not home. Or, the thing I love is the Location Based Temperature Control. It uses geofencing to know where your smartphone is at and then it learns when to start cooling or heating the house so it's the perfect temperature when you arrive. It also has 'Smart Alerts' that sends push notifications for thing like filter replacements and if there's an extreme temperature change.
